Digital Inkjet -- our most popular print technology. Available in a wide array of widths up to a maximum of 10’ without a seam. Larger signs are tiled together to achieve desired width dimensions. Uses a solvent based ink system that produces long lasting, vibrant color. Able to reproduce virtually any color, any graphic, any photograph imaginable. Able to accurately reproduce PMS colors. A high resolution print technology with a standard print resolution of 540 x 1080 up to 1440 dpi.

Vinyl-Cut -- this technology utilizes computer cut, pressure sensitive, adhesive-backed vinyl to create letters and graphics on signs. Many standard colors to choose from. Best used with relatively simple designs and logos. Not usable for more complex artwork. Outputs very vibrant, opaque colors. Commonly used for indoor and outdoor applications, especially vehicles. Can be used on virtually all types of signage that have a smooth surface. Among the most durable of all print technologies.

Thermographic -- This technology employs a heat and resin transfer process to reproduce colorful, complex graphics. Very cost effective when a relatively smaller portion of a sign needs a colorful, complex graphic versus 100% full bleed color coverage. Used on all types of signs. Can faithfully reproduce photographic images and complex graphics onto signs.

Electrostatic -- Uses an electrical charge to imprint ink into the material. Best technology for printing on nylon, satin, canvas and other cloth fabrics. Good choice for long term indoor or short term outdoor applications on fabric signage. Very popular for printing high resolution photographic images or complex, colorful graphics on a wide array of materials.

Screen Print -- Best process for printing large quantities of the same image. Uses durable screen printing inks that bond to the substrate to create a very long lasting product. Cost effective when printing large quantities of the same sign. Suitable for use on almost all substrates.

Sandblast -- process by which letters and graphics are carved out of by use of pellets of sand using high pressure. Substrate then is painted as needed.Typically used in production of signfoam or cedar wood signage. Produces a high quality end product.

Engraving -- uses router technology to route out or eat away material to form copy and graphics. Primarily used to route engraving plastic stock or brass metals.

Applique -- this technology employs sewing nylon fabric onto a nylon background to create a very elegant looking banner. Used on relatively simple designs that do not require highly detailed graphics or small text. Used primarily on flags and banners.
